I do not represent INMO company, nor am I responsible for any problems caused during this flashing process. If you have no prior experience flashing phones, it is strongly recommended not to do so.

All flashing tools need to be installed and used on a windows system computer.
Install flashing tools and drivers
Note: all three need to be installed
First one👇
Unzip the compressed package and run the QPST.2.7.496.1.exe file within it. Just continue with the default settings during installation.

Unzip the compressed package and run the QPST.2.7.496.1.exe file within it. Just continue with the default settings during installation.

Glasses enter flash mode
Glasses off, long press the volume + and - keys together, insert the USB cable or (after booting, use adb reboot edl to automatically shut down and enter 9008 port), recognize the flashing port 9008.
Note: If none of those work, try pressing and holding the volume up/down and power buttons together for 10 seconds and then releasing them, or try a different data cable, or try a different computer
Flash a new system to the glasses via computer.
Download the INMO Air3 international version firmware👇

Open the flashing tools
Choose the device’s 9008 port👇
❗Don’t choose the “Erase All Before Download”
Choose the file “xbl_s_devprg_ns.melf”
Load XML files
Waiting for the progress bar to complete, and the logs print “success”.
